Counseling profession was a natural fit for me as I began walking my own healing journey in 2002. Through pursuit of education and understanding, I have grown to have a deep appreciate for the heart, the body and the mind. I have a faith-filled, holistic approach, that focuses on authentic relationships and self-compassion. It is an honor for me to walk with you through the deepest and often darkest places, to find hope, freedom and healing.
